Founder of Simple Gifts Honored

Dr. Dennis Embry—the founder of Simple Gifts, Inc. and the president of PAXIS Institute was honored by the Governor of the State of Kansas for Exemplary Service to Kansas Children and Families.  The award was presented by the Lt. Governor of Kansas, Troy Findley at this year’s Kansas Governor’s Conference on the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect on November 5, 2009. Dr. Embry spoke about bringing Simple Gifts to every family in Kansas and the rest of the country.
